In summer, our house is surrounded by lush-green meadows; in winter, we are close to the ski slopes. Three perfectly equipped holiday apartments for 2-5 persons are available for you. Upon request, you may also book them as bed and breakfast!

The ski slopes and cross-country ski tracks (Snowspace Flachau) lie within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Leave your car where it is, the free-of-charge ski bus stops next to our house (100m).

In summer, our house is the perfect starting point to Flachau’s hiking area. Bikeways, sports fields, a fun- and skater park are all within a short walking distance. Two swimming lakes are only 2—3 km from our house.
